“Homeward Bound is a true story about my unborn child. My girlfriend at the time was pregnant, and I had a clear and vivid dream of a baby being held in the arms of someone, I knew it was mine. From the lucid experience I composed this song as a gift, not knowing that in the following weeks, she would have a spontaneous abortion. In hindsight the lyrics and mood of the song crystallized a deep love, calm and understanding. While still being open for what the unforeseeable future has to offer.”
